"When a store has a privileged position, either they do their best or they take advantage on this lucky condition by prices and by doing the worst job. This is not the first time I travel overseas in the afternoon. About 4:00 , while in the entire Boston area you can have a hot latte in multiple places, this store always has “steamer is out of order”. This is the international terminal E , where people from everywhere have to face the only “steamer out of order” cafeteria in the Boston area. Probably either no one checks on their behavior or they just feel secure, thinking no one can replace their management and even their store. In fact when you get at the register after a line and ask for a hot latte they do not even say one word. They point out , laughing at you, to a sign ( a well prepared one which is always ready) as if they silently say : “ have you not seen this ?”. So, you can feel as a fool since you even got through a long line. Does not Logan Terminal E deserve a real service , kind and professional ?"

"I don’t like giving reviews below four-five stars, but I read the reviews of this place and wanted to give this coffee place a shot: the line was big, but it was understandable because terminal E has only one coffee shop, so I wasn’t to upset about it. Prices were a bit pricey for the coffee and food. I heard that the staff were a bit mean, but they actually appeared to be chill as I ordered my food, but I get it. Experiences are different for everybody. Once I ordered my Carmel coffee, it wasn’t too bad. However the breakfast sandwiches were a bit soggy and flat; eggs were a bit undercooked :( But on the flip side, the marble cake was moist, flavorful and delicious :) The only downside were the sandwiches and the prices. I would give this place two stars, but I want to add an additional star because I feel potential that there will be more coffee shops in terminal E and also hope that this place will improve, because there could be some potential of improvement in the future of this coffee shop :)"

"Ordered two small Baristas at Hudsons Coffee in Terminal E at the Boston Logan International Airport in May 2022. I arrived by an evening flight to Logan and used it as a transit before flying to Doha. Hudsons Coffee seemed to be the only Coffee/Cafe within this particular terminal past Security Check. Apparently, there were few or hardly any Coffee places except an ice cream or juice place nearby. There was a Thai fast food place next to the windows and where I was seated. There was a long line initially. There were a couple of ladies managing the counter. They were also working as the Baristas and seemed pretty disorganized. There were obvious signs of communication issues since they were speaking in Arabic among themselves. It somewhat gave you the impression and, at least to some patrons, that they weren't able to understand what was being conveyed to them in the common language. The place also seemed to be quite expensive, and some menu items were being charged exhorbitant prices. This was from pure experience, especially charging more than double the usual rates for a small coffee, which you buy from outside! There was hardly any milk or at least the milk that we preferred to have and were basically empty steel containers. The seating area was limited with a bar style and already packed. I usually tend to avoid this type of seating! Luckily, there were seats slightly behind the shop as part of the Concourse. A tip: If you can wait a little, you would be better off having your coffee on board your connecting flight! Besides, it would also be free."

"Trash! Two flattened pathetic breakfast sandwiches and a coffee for $32. Paid cash and the cashier claimed she couldn’t make change so had to just let her have it, she had a tip jar out lol shady. Watched the employee warming up the sandwiches drop one on the oven cheese side down twice and smear it around trying to pick it up! and still bag it up and hand it out. Don’t expect much here but unfortunately its the only place open in the AM in terminal E and they know it, which is why they get away with serving over priced garbage and ripping people off. Trust me when I say 1 star is very generous!"

"It seems to be the only place where to get a coffee at terminal E once passed security. Had a decent espresso. That’s all I can expect at an airport."
