"Very good guys"

"Abysmal customer service. The pump screen indicated it was ready to start pumping after my card was approved. The pump wasn’t working. I went inside and told the woman my pump wasn’t working and she condescendingly said “I know. I can’t do two thing at once. When I’m helping inside people I can’t help outside people”. I had no idea what that meant as I had been approved. I said “okay Omani g for outside help now then.” She told me to just run my card through again. They need to hire people that are able to authorize gas pumps even if people are in the store."

"Terrible customer service from Ken very rude and not helpful what so ever. Half the time I go in he’s walking around the store and doesn’t notice your waiting at the register for some time and leaving you waiting there for a while."

"Horrible service, told the man my card was approved for transaction but no gas was pumping out. The man spoke to me like I was stupid. Don’t want to use to race card but why wasn’t I receiving any gas while the other around me are."

"I will not get gas at any station that plays video ads on the pump, where I am legally bound to stand and pump the gas. Boycott gas stations that ad this technology so it goes away."
