"Disgusting. Self wash spaces are muddy. Only 2 things that work on menu are high pressure rinse and soap. Other functions don't change when selected. Soap bush doesn't dispense soap and scratches. If this is how self service wash is, I definitely would not use their auto wash."

"went through the car wash on April 22, noticed a few hours later circular scratch marks on my windshield. I returned to the car wash and filled out a complaint report and they took pictures, was told I would hear from them in a few days. Six days later I called the office since no one contacted me, gave info to someone who said they would have the manager call me. Still no calls from Haffner's. I'll have to file a report with the Better Business Bureau."
