"My wife and I recently moved into our house and Palmer was recommended to us by the Sellers of the house. From the first phone call to set up an account and service, the kindness and concern of our needs is a step above many other companies. The office staff is patient and resourceful. The knowledge in their answers when asked questions about using Propane set us at ease. As a new customer they perform a safety check, and the technician Gary was equally knowledgeable. We also had them perform some work at the house re-routing gas lines. Their workmanship and cleanliness while working is the best we've seen. We would highly recommend Palmer Gas & Oil any family and friends. They not only provide Propane and Oil but have other services with licensed electricians. We had a visit from Kevin and Abigal yesterday to give us a quote to upgrade our service. They answered all of our questions, took the time to walk around the house to obtain a clear scope of work and provided us the continued respect and care that Palmer has shown us since day one. "Palmer Gas goes above and beyond to service their customers! I have dealt with many utility companies over the years, through my career, and Palmer Gas has been the absolute best I have ever experienced. I have known them professionally to be great to work with, but I recently did some work on my own property, and they could not have done a better job! When you call their office, you speak directly with a knowledgeable person, not some automated system. Our sales agent (Lisa D.) is thorough, responsive and friendly. All the technicians that came to our house (Josh and Rick R. ) were knowledgeable, experienced and leave the area neat and clean. Even the scheduling of the project (through Kim) was timely and well communicated. I can not recommend them enough! They are a local company that leave you feeling like they truly care. "We called Palmer for a repair or replacement of a ceiling fan. We received an appointment quickly and Jason came to diagnose the problem at the appointed time . He explained to us that we needed a part and that he would order it. Within a couple of days we received an estimate and a call to set up an appointment . Jason returned today, again at the appointed time, placed the part and our fan now has 3 speeds! Jason was great. He was friendly, efficient and explained how to change the speeds on the fan. We would gladly use Palmer and Jason again."

"I transferred form oil to a gas furnace and hot water. Palmer helped with the coordination with the plumbing company we had install our system. Made it a painless. With new system and low gas prices than higher oil price looking forward to saving money. The only issue was when they filled the new tanks they didn't fill my existing tank. I'm sure they'll send another truck."
