"ZERO STARS FOR ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Been coming here almost weekly since it opened. Decided to buy a whole cake since it’s technically cheaper in unit price. Their cakes are kept in a box in the fridge. After $51 plus tax for a strawberry soft cream cake, took the cake box by the handle and left. Made it to McDonalds next door and the box handle completely snapped off and the cake fell to the ground! Brought the cake back and the manager, Sophia, refused to give a new cake. Only thing she could do was 25% off of next purchase. Sophia talked to the ‘head manager’ who was off today and said they can’t take responsibility after the customer walks out the door. Head manager even ACCUSED ME of dropping the cake, that it was my fault!! When asked to speak directly to the head manager, Sophia said he can’t be contacted nor could she give me his name. Said I need to handle the issue with Corporate. Their box packaging was clearly defective! The fact that the cake and box sat in the fridge for god knows how long, it had A TON of condensation inside after being taken out into warmer atmosphere. Even Sophia agreed that the overall box felt really damp and thus the handle could snap off easily since it was a large cake. This place has no value for their customers. Worst location ever. Complete waste of my time and money. Their pastries are way over priced already. JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!"

"Pizzetta with Strawberry and Nutella, Sticky Milk Buns, Nutella Croissant Donuts, Hash Brown Bread, Curry Croquette, and Blueberry Matcha Cake are just a sample of the unique and delicious treats that await! Grab a tray, grab some tongs, fill your plate, and bring it to the counter. You will pay and bag your items if needed there. I came at the end of a day, and look how full the case still is!!! My favorite is the vegan chocolate chip muffin dipped in hazelnut coffee with almond or soymilk. Fully accessible. Quiet. Plenty of seating."

"Heard from friends Paris Baguette has come to Quincy so we wanted to check it out. The store is clean and easy access to walk around to pick our pastries which by the way so many variety and so yummy looking... the other customer said to me, he wanted to buy everything !! I was like, me, too!!! All I am saying its worth of going to have a good brunch but beware of parking situation, there's none. We parked across street where Panara Bread is and walked to the store; this maybe a limitation for Paris Baguettes'' business."

Overall, despite the minor hiccup with parking, Paris Baguette is a standout bakery that is definitely worth a visit. Their dedication to cleanliness and quality, combined with their wide array of pastry options, makes them a top choice for anyone in the area looking for a sweet treat in a pleasant environment."

"Finally opened Paris Baguette in Quincy!!! The store is clean and the business is very good. Every bread and cake looks delicious ~ Coffee bread is my favorite, very fragrant and delicious! It’s your first time to see a store but there’s no parking space. Not sure where you can park? ! I hope I can find a parking space and dine in the restaurant next time."
