"The bakery is a true old-fashioned bakery with products baked fresh daily! Your eyes will be overwhelmed with the amazing selection of pastries, cookies, breads, pies, cakes, and specialty treats. They also have great pizza and calzones made fresh daily (these sell out quickly). EVERYTHING we have tried has been fresh and excellent. My personal favorite is the "icicles," which are a pastry that is very difficult to find. However, we had them when I was a child, so discovering them again at Elm Street Bakery was a real treat. The counter service is pleasant if you are a regular... go out of your way to try this bakery; it's much easier than going to Boston's Northend and definitely as good, maybe better!!!"

"Last weekend we ordered a full sheet cake for our daughters baby shower and we gave a picture of the theme Baby in Bloom, they did an outstanding job and the cake was a marble cake with blue and white flowers thank you for the great job and cake was moist and delicious"

"Today I went into Elm st bakery to buy 6 slices of cheese pizza, a few cupcakes along with a couple other items. I noticed the employee giving me all corners, when I asked her for some middles her response to me was I can’t give you all middles. I can give you 3 & 3. It actually made me laugh out loud thinking she can’t be serious. I explained to her that it’s for kids who don’t eat crust. She said ya I can’t. So she continued to give me 3 sides and 3 middles like she was doing me a favor. If I wasn’t short on time to pick up my son from school since her and the other lady decided to carry on a conversation while I was standing in there waiting to be taken care of. What I really should have done was told her to keep them and left to go to any other bakery that would give the customer what they asked for. I’m totally in shock to know that Elm st does that to paying customers. Do better Elm st! It’s not what it use to be anyways"

"My new favorite Mass bakery. Best cannolis I’ve ever had. The bakery is packed full of cookies, pastries and cakes. They have some of my favorite desserts that I remember from my childhood"
