"Literally every car I've rented here has been dirty. When you bring this up to the branch manager David he couldn't care less. His lackadaisical and nonchalant attitude surely are causing this business to suffer. He seems like he's never had a job before. And doesn't know how to run a hertz. unfortunately this is the only one in the area"

"Horrible customer service. Rented a car last year so they have my ID , phone number and address. There was a toll charge for $6.85 that they sent to collections and never once sent me a bill in the mail or never called me to collect payment. Will never rent a car from them again. We always use enterprise and decided to give hertz a try, never again."

"Shady, and here's why. I rented a car from them for around 3months and in this time I will explain my experience, for the first 2 months they attempted to double charge my account every week I renewed and had to phone corporate and my bank weekly to resolve it which if you where not looking at your bank account like I was could elude you. Next when I returned the car before my final week instead of being charged 350$ they charged me 763$ for some reason and will be calling today for this. However the real kicker is that was a month ago, (3/21/2024) now Friday (4/12/2024) was charged yet another 263$ when it's been a month. I returned the car after getting it detailed and filled there gas tank above where they had on the keys for gas level for reference I put 13 galons In a 16 gallon tank and they said they had to put 6 gallons in and charged me 60$ which doesn't add up. There shady I use to recommend them prior to me returning it. Now I recommend staying away from them as there shady"

"He needs some help on there This has been the worse experience in my life. The manager is a lie. He told me it would take 1 hr to a half an hour to charge this electric car I got. In fact I sat there for 1 and a half hours and still no charge. Experience from beginning to end was the worse. I Don’t recommend He has horrible customer service.
