"Shop guys took it upon themselves to drill new holes in my bumper for my license plate instead of using the original holes that were already drilled. There is now 4 holes in my front bumper. Have been bringing cars here for 15+ years. Will never come back again. Would love to know what they thought they were doing or why this was okay to do. Poor management."

"This is a review for the Garage - Brought in my car straight from a tow truck completely unannounced, they were able to diagnose my problem, get the parts, and have the car back to me by the next day. Wonderful service and amazing technicians! Prices for labor are very reasonable."
"I brought my vehicle in for inspection and failed because of a washer fluid not working on passenger side. I was charged $35 in cash and was told to come back within 60 days and get reinspected for free. I went back within the time period and they did not honor me my free inspection. I had to repay in cash and was told "you know how it is". This is terrible customer service and shady business. Nice to know this place pocketed $35 from me and wouldn't let me leave without paying."
