"I've been a customer and employee here so here's my "two thumbs up" rating; A "round of applause" to this Irving Circle K gas/oil/diesel station and convenience store as it slowly but surely continues making improvements; friendly staff, very clean store and facilities, the Soda & Frozen Slushie dispensers are working, good selection of snacks (hot/cold/microwave-able foods) and I believe some staff prepare foods (baked goods, pizza, etc) on site, other details; plenty of parking (NO OVERNIGHT PARKING), tire-inflation (air machine) and vacuum station, excellent "touchless" car wash with plenty of options (basic cheap wash roughly $10, or premium washes up to about $20) Last but not least: menthol/flavored cigarettes and alcoholic beverages are NOT sold at this Pelham St location, however there is a limited selection of tobacco related products"

"Excellent customer service in that store! Deplorable work environment! It was a was so hot in there… every single customer was upset that employees are forced to work in that extreme environment. It was 85 degrees in there, and employees have no access to the thermostat. Fix this corporate! Unacceptable!"

"so if I could give zero stars I would gladly give zero, in the last five years you currently have the worst possible crew that you could find on the market ,my 5 cars plus my dealership cars will no longer step on your pump and spend a penny because of the kind of workers you have behind the counter, so there is no minimum level of hospitality or professionalism"

"It was a convenient location to get to from highway. Not crowded, trucks were flowing in. No time to sit. Small place. Good place to fuel and go. What I didn't like was my RTS fuel app said fuel was $3.56 it wasn't it was $4.20 big difference in cost. Not happy with being misled. I won't go back."
