"This place has the worst management I’ve seen in a while and the employees do not care about giving you what you ordered. this is my third time coming in and this chubby kid rudely handed me the wrong thing WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME then when he saw me open the bag he quickly mentioned he’s out of croissants so now I just have to eat the wrong $6 sandwich. I hate that things have gotten so bad that the vibe now is just “whatever at least you got something..” it’s also constantly messy and today there was ice all over the floor with no caution sign. this place is a mess"

"I sat waiting nearly 30 minutes for my mobile order I ordered in advance for, and missed my bus. They did not put my order in the “mobile order” pickup spot or call my name, and I only found out after asking them. I was in a rush to catch my next bus, and I found out I was missing parts of my order when I was able to check. Please make sure you put orders in the correct spot and call out order numbers or peoples names, it ruined my morning but usually they have good service."

"Dunkin donuts at Ashmont station is excellent. Shaunty and Skylar are two wonderful women. They are kind, understanding and makes my coffee GREAT. I love going there every morning to get my cup of coffee. Staff there is great and quick. They all know what they are doing there. Quick, easy & pleasant service."
