"I had a custom order for cake pops for favors for my baby shower on 3/17/24 and they came out perfectly and were so delicious!"
"Have stopped by 3 or 4 times over the years and while the cake pops are delicious the service is consistantly bad. You almost feel like you are inconveniencing the staff the second you walk in the door. I mentioned once how much I loved the gingerbread cake pop, and the cashier said that the Baker was right behind her. Tried to congratulate the Baker on a job well done and she wouldn't even make eye contact. For context, she was about 2 feet away and not working on anything. Oookay. The hours are almost never correct whether posted online or on their door. No one picks up the phone. I would think about it less as an everyday business and more like a surprise whenever you walk by and find them open and friendly."
"High price and bad service; I found them to be pretty rude. I was telling the owner how my son loves cake pops and in the middle of my actual sentence she said OK BYE. Just cut me off as rude as could be. I was the only patron in the store! I certainly will never return. Also the cake pop was good, ( I mean itβs a cake pop, easy enough) but it was way over priced!"
"I love sweets. I love the variety/ combinations of cake pops. My favorite was the S'mores and red velvet cake pops. Full Review on IG: JuneBugsTastyAdventures"
"In February we contacted this adorable little bakery and asked them to make narwhal cake pops for our wedding in June. Our wedding was on a Saturday in NH so we explained that we would have to have them done Friday morning so that we could have someone pick them up and get them to our venue. After not hearing much, we checked in the week before to make sure they were still on track to be made. We were informed that they would not be ready until 3 PM on that Friday. My bridesmaid volunteered to pick them up because she works right around the corner. We figured that would be fine because our rehearsal did not start until 6 PM that evening in NH. Friday at 3 rolls around and the cake pops were not even close to done. My friend had to wait in their shop (which was adorable BTW) for another hour and a half listening to the bakers say things like "we're NEVER doing narwhals again." Which is fine, I get that they could be difficult to make, but maybe don't say that in front of clients? We were told that the pops would be on trays and when my bridesmaid showed up to the rehearsal an hour late (she missed the rehearsal because of this), I discovered that there were no trays- they had just been put into boxes. Wedding day rolls around and we have to send family out to find trays to display the pops on- an added task that I really did not want to have to think about on my wedding day. The cake pops tasted great which was really the only good thing about them... I mean look at them... The only reason they got any stars at all was because the shop was cute, the cake pops were delicious and they gave us 2 complimentary cake pops while my friend was waiting for them. UPDATE: Its been 2 weeks since I wrote this and no one has even tried to reach out to me and apologize-- just reiterating that their customer service is terrible."
