"Ordered a Large strawberry refresher and gave me something completely different and when i went back he said he didn’t have anymore strawberry refresher and told me to order something else. I can’t have the mango pineapple refresher because i’m allergic to pineapple, i asked for a blue raspberry colada and he refused to give me it because it “costed more” horrible customer service never going back."

"All DD's are differant, depends on the staff, I seem to find the ones that serve the older left over ice coffee that has a strong taste and the prices are to much for iced mud. When you find the ones that use fresh iced coffee stick with those good stores."

"I ordered a FROZEN coffee with caramel. The only thing frozen was the top part of the cup. It tastes disgusting and not even close to what coffee tastes like. I don’t know what they used to make this but this is not even close to what i ordered. After reading the other reviews it sounds like i’m not the only one having problems with how they make their drinks."

"I came in for my regular iced coffee and found a bunch of plastic in my iced coffee that I was drinking. There was ice in it so it didn't appear as though there was plastic in it until the ice melted and I came to find this! I've never seen anything like it. This is a huge health hazard and it should be addressed so other customers aren't affected by it as well."

"I ordered a bagel (toasted) & an ice tea but they left the bagel in for WAY longer than what they were supposed to & the ice tea is absolutely DISGUSTING it isn’t even made properly. (I used to work at DD & know that’s not the right color or taste) - it was still gross with sugar & lemons. Never ordering here again. Really ruined my morning. Everything is in the trash now."
