"Nice atmosphere for dancing but facilities could use improvement. Need heavy-duty and more coat racks. The ones we put our coats on collapsed and it was a nightmare finding our belongings. Also, the sink water pressure could use some help. See video above. Btw for the people looking at the food pictures, thinking this is still a restaurant, it’s not anymore and is an event space, just a heads up."

"The welcoming was phenomenal due to the host seating my partner and I near a nice dim light so we can capture our evening with photos since I brought my instant camera. Very much appreciated. The set up and vibe was nice and mellow for a nice dinner date. I needed a pick me up so I went ahead and tried the banana espresso martini and it did not disappoint. Such a smooth taste on the taste buds. The courses were for sharing as this restaurant did their meals as tapas. So we ordered four different types we got the mushroom green salad, which was delicious for us mushroom and spinach fans. The sauce that came with it was a perfect blend. Then we tasted the Crudo which was fire kissed salmon with smoked creamy garlic, and this was by far one of my favourite dishes since it was a mix of cooked and raw. The top was kissed with a flamethrower to show its cooked portion. Following that we got the sesame white pepper chicken which was my partner’s favourite choice. It was a mix of crispy and tender when you bite into it. The white truffle blend was perfect with the peppers. And finally we topped it off with mushroom ravioli which was a perfect ending to the meal. Crispy ravioli but still soft enough to be a ravioli. My partner enjoyed it too and she’s not a mushroom fan so it speaks for itself. Overall the drink presentation with the fire on the lime on my mule was fun. This will definitely not be my last time there. I will come back to try more the plates and continue to admire the vibe it gives."

"Food I cannot believe it took me so long to try this restaurant. It has been on my want-to-go list for a while now. The menu was very limited, and we ordered everything except the rip eye. I had to give it to the chef. Everything but the curry meatballs were phenomenal. I know it is so hard to get everything right, but they (almost) did it. We were so happy with every single dish , and couldn’t believe our last dish, curry meatballs, was so bad that I couldn’t swallow it. I still gave it a five-star because I highly recommend it to everyone. Everything else The decor was playful. It certainly matches the name, cloud & spirit. The service was great."

"Could & Spirits is a great restaurant with incredible cocktails! The best drink in my opinion was the Crimson Garden. The ingredients for it sound simple enough, but the proportions and preparation made it a memorable drink that rose above it’s station. All the food we got was very good, but the standout was the Fried Chicken. I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo because I devoured it immediately! Overall this is a great place to go (especially for a date), but it can be expensive for the amount of food you get( excluding the Fried Chicken) so just keep that in mind. Came back here for brunch and I thought it was incredible! Definitely will be back here all the time for it! The Chicken and Waffles was a stand out"
