"U-Haul is an unreliable company. One of the view on the Island that people can use while moving. Despite us putting a deposit down and reserve on a 15" truck in Bristol- we were told that there were absolutely zero guarantees for us getting that. We were also told that if the location changes of pick up we are to be credited mileage and gas. Yes we were credited mileage but no gas. Also- we were told with our reservation that we would be getting a storage unit for one month for free, included with rental. That also is not happening because they said oh yes that is a part of a reservation but "there is no guarantee." This company is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Luckily we can get the truck we need to move, but this has been a nightmare to deal with."
