"Every time I try to come for an inspection it’s not worth the hassle and struggle to do so. It’s terrible to navigate in and out of the place due to location (which I understand only so much you can do about it but still stinks). Whenever I interact with staff they’re just annoyed I’m talking with them or upset I’m just adding to their workload. I called ahead one minute before hand to make sure they can accommodate for inspections which they said they could just for me to arrive not even 30seconds later to find out they were out for lunch and I would have to wait another 1hr 20min before they’d take my keys. Even if I was stranded with a broken car across the street I would rather walk to another shop to take care of me."

"I've gotten inspection stickers here for the last few years. The staff are quick and professional, usually only a short wait for the inspection. The parking lot is a bit tight, but they've got a system: Pull in on the far left side, line up behind other cars (if there are any), and wait in your vehicle until they come to pull your car into the garage. My only recommendation would be to paint a lane for inspections and direction arrows to help navigating the lot."
