"My daughter purchased a car originally she was very happy with her purchase. Check engine light came on she brought it to get checked. Called the salesman he said out of warranty and he hung up. Mind you 30 days fell on a Saturday brought the car to he checked on the Tuesday when she could get it in and called the Salesman right after to let him know. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. They do not stand by their vehicles and no common courtesy or customer service."

"By far THE WORST buying experience. I bought a Toyota 4Runner here. I was young and dumb at the time, living in a single-parent home - just financially scraping by. Turns out vehicle should have been totaled. Driver side quarter-panel had been hit hard and repaired, but not well. Vehicle had 3 of the same wheels. The 4th was a different size. After I purchased, I brought it to my mechanic who said he couldn't legally let me drive it because it was raining brake fluid underneath. All brake lines needed to be replaced. I didn't know about MA lemon law at the time, and should have sued AND gotten local news to report on these hacks. Owned vehicle for 3 months until coolant started mixing with oil because all gaskets were leaking. Vehicle was garbage. Should never have been sold. These guys are crooks. Will never forget my bad experience and will gladly tell people to avoid this place at all costs."

"These guys collect junk cars and try to sell them. Most of theirs cars have rust, and either a transmission or engine problem, not even worth your time to go there. My friend bought a car from there and it would not start a couple of days after she bought it. They would not pick up the phone very rude and very horrible customer support."
