"I LOVE THESE CAKES!!!! Noel is an incredibly talented baker with an eye for beautiful designs and a palette for the most delish cakes. I was so grateful that he was able to create a STUNNING TASTY cake for my 10th wedding anniversary party, and it was even more beautiful than I dreamed! The funfetti cake was moist and delicious, and the frosting was perfectly balanced. Ordering and designing the cake with Noel was easy, efficient, and a pleasure!! His communication was excellent, too! Our cake was delivered to our ceremony location on time without any issues. I highly recommend Cakes by Noel for your next 'I-need-a-cake!' moment!"

"Noel made us the most exquisite wedding cake. I can’t have dairy, and Noel went above and beyond to make a cake that I could eat despite this not being in his usual repertoire. He developed a dairy-free buttercream just for us that he paired with his carrot cake. The final result was a classic three-tier carrot cake with cream cheese layers for our guests, and a little dairy-free version displayed alongside for me and my husband to cut into. And of course, the cakes were absolutely stunning. I told Noel a little bit about the vibe of our venue, the flowers, etc. and let him take it from there, and the final result was just so perfect. And most importantly, the cakes were delicious! Everyone kept commenting. Thank you Noel! We will definitely be back."

"Be aware that you will be taking a risk if you order a cake by Noel. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee you will have your cake, and this is unacceptable given payment is required upfront. We exchanged multiple emails about my order and delivery, and I was given a timeframe. The day of, timeframe has passed and I don't have a cake for my plans. I called him and he had no idea what I was asking about. Said it was lost in his emails despite our exchanges. I was excited about seeing and tasting his beautiful work, but I cannot recommend that someone risk their plans in his hands. I am still waiting for my refund."

"I want to start by saying this is one of the BEST cakes I’ve ever had. Noel made our wedding celebration cake and everyone was fascinated by it. It was a chocolate raspberry filling and it was perfect! I recommend Noel for any kind of cake You need, he is very warm and kind and easy to talk to, he knew exactly what We wanted. I told him I wanted a very simple yet cute cake with very little buttercream and he made the cake of my dreams. I now am obsessed with chocolate/raspberry flavors because of this cake!! Noel even took the time to bring the cake personally to Us. 100% recommend this business!!!"
