Car Rental - CAROCAR

"What the heck? Lady was extremely rude!! For no reason. Wouldn't tell me if they had anything available...said I have to come in. What kind of business does that? RUDE!! I've actually rented from them several times before without issue.. I NEVER WILL AGAIN. NO ONE WANTS TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT JUST CAUSE THEY ASK A QUESTION. And of course you can say if there's cars available. She said we don't make reservations & that's not even what I asked. I'm not driving all the way there JUST to see if they have any cars. Is there a reason you can't disclose availability on the phone?"

"Do not rent from here!!! The price on their website is different than what I was told over the phone and changed again when I was handed the rental agreement. When I questioned the price I was told that it was too much work to update the website. Mind you there was also a sign behind the reception desk stating a different price than what was given to me over the phone. Unfortunately, those red flags didn’t stop me and I rented a car from them anyway and boy do I have regrets!! After I returned the car on the agreed upon date I was charged a different amount than what was on my rental agreement(thank god I saved it). When I called to inquire about the charges I was told the owner was out and this continued for about 2 1/2 weeks! I finally got answer saying the extra charges were late fees!! However, I returned the car on the correct day but a few hours late. The rental agreement does not say anything about be charge multiple late fees! Mike (owner?) will not adjust the charges even though what I was charged does not align with my rental agreement!! I will never rent from here again! I would have paid the same amount going to a well known car rental company and I would have received much better customer service. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I just rented the first time here and after wasting time with a major car rental, I decided to start over and call a local rental service. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost is only 1/2 what you would spend anywhere else and Marissa was super friendly and knowledgeable. My day started out rough, so It was so nice to go to a place with A+ customer service!! I highly recommend renting this place over the major rentals."

"I had to rent a car at the last minute for a funeral. They were very accommodating and cheaper than Enterprise or Hertz. I was in and out of the office in about 10 mins. I had to pay per mile, but at the last min for a weekend rental it still ended up being $50-$60 cheaper than what I would have paid at one of the national chains. Very polite and will definitely rent from them again in the future! Thanks!"

"I reserved the car a week ahead of time. When I got there I was asked why was I renting a car when I already have one. I let him know I was doing a day trip and wanted something more comfortable. I was then told the only thing he had was for local only. It was not posted on the wall of rates or mentioned in any way when I made the reservations."
