"We needed a 16' box truck to move out of state. We reserved it a month in advance and I called the day before to make sure it would still be available. No problem, the Budget guy was picking it up that night so we could come anytime the next day to pick it up. Very friendly and easy peasy."

"Unreliable! Had a reservation for an 8 AM pick up and got a call at 4 PM the day before letting me know that there wasn't a truck available. If I was willing to drive 45 minutes I could get the truck. Who wants to drive that far on moving day to just get the truck. Not able to get a driver the day before is a poor excuse and unprofessional. I would rate them less if I could. I was lucky to get a truck from U-Haul with it being peak of moving season."

Unfortunately, my husband and I left our golf bags in our rental car, but a few of the employees (Nate in particular) were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Budget location."

"Woman working when we picked up the car was pleasant and doing her best but the facility was clearly understaffed and unprepared. Waited 45 minutes with 3 people in line ahead of us and she had to clean each of our cars before handing over the keys. This is a newer location so I am sure they will work our the kinks. Car was great and rental was affordable."
