"This dealership appears to make their money off buying and selling junk cars. Despite being assured that was just normal rust on the used Ford 150 he sold us, the truck has been to the shop 4 times since picking up truck at end of December. This includes--- the entire drivetrain falling off the bottom of the truck along with the central bearing, power steering pump, Heat pump, and now some awful front end suspension issue. Have put almost 50% of the cost into this truck already. As soon as Eddie got the money, he became really difficult to contact, and of course has ignored subsequent correspondence. Screwed my 18 year old out of most of savings. Even if a car/truck looks like a good deal, trust me, it's not. Stay away."

"Stay away from this dealership… The owner is very unprofessional, dishonest and gives false promises. As soon as he got the money, he ignored and disrespect people. I had a very bad experience dealing with Eddy, the owner…( lots of lies). I hope that the car I purchased there won’t give me any surprise trouble down the road…. "Assisted my brother with purchasing a vehicle from First Auto Group. I’ve never trusted stealerships for a reason, but my brother needed an SUV for his two babies and it was our only route at the time. Of course, the car had engine issues right around the 30th day of ownership. These guys took that as an opportunity to absolutely scam the heck out of him. They stole $3,000 from my brother claiming it was for a warranty. However, after contacting the warranty company, it doesn’t cover anything and only offers a few shops in the state for service “if the warranty company thinks your claim is valid”. At the time of purchasing we were provided with paperwork and verbal confirmation that the warranty was simple and easy to deal with if the car ever had an issue. And if we weren’t satisfied with the warranty it could be canceled and the $3,000 would go towards the loan or refunded, minus however many months the warranty was active. On day 28 my brother attempted to refund the warranty as he would deal with the mechanical issues on his own instead. These guys have been ignoring emails, phone calls, voicemails for MONTHS. Next course of action is now taking it to the BBB and court. But fair warning to anyone purchasing a vehicle.. BEWARE and do not fall for the “yes I promise!” Bs that they will feed you. Stick to private sales."
