"Wasted my time. First they tell me on the phone that they have a 4 door pick up truck available. When I arrive it’s only a 2 door truck. That was fine. Minor inconvenience. The manager comes out and notifies the employee they have to switch the plates on the car. Again, fine minor inconvenience. Until they realize they don’t have an impact drill so they need to send vehicle to Firestone to attach the front plate. He tells me 10 minutes. So I wait 25 minutes before I go inside to ask how much longer. Mind you I already signed the rental agreement so the employee is driving down the street under my name. Makes no sense. Especially when I’m responsible for any gas used in the vehicle. So as I ask how much longer the manager says he’s going to call them. They notify him it will just be 10 minutes more. I decide at that point it’s been 55 minutes since I reserved the car that should’ve been ready for me to pick up at 12 that I would like to cancel. Which they did with no problem. But you would think I can get an apology for the absolute waste of my time. Time is money. Time is life. Don’t waste my time because you’re getting paid to sit at a desk. Called corporate and hopefully that management staff will get a retraining on customer service. Enterprise is a great company that definitely does not aim to make a customer feel like a joke."
