"The management or what he say that he is... is very rude and arrogant... how he acts is like he is doing you a favor given you the car... poor customer service don't go to this office to rent for personal use or uber driver. Also they don't do deep cleaning on the cars... the car that I got was with some Dirt stains in order to get the car presenten for riders I have to do it my self... I returned the car better that how I get it! Just in case my phone stamp with time and gps any photos and I took photos from the car to has evidence how I bring it back."
"Very nice people. I had reserved a premium electric car (through Uber app), but they were out of them. They did offer me a Chevy Bolt, but the previous renter had trashed the inside, and the car itself was too small for my height (6'3")."
"The team at Hertz East Providence is top notch when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have been renting cars from this location for a few years now and while they sometimes have a scarce inventory of cars they always do their best to meet my needs. Tyler has always gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy and in the last year Mike A. has joined the EP team and brought that same high level of service. Just last week Mike took the extra time to make last minute adjustments to my rental to make sure I was happy. He’s very understanding of customer’s needs and does everything in his power to meet those needs."
"The staff was polite, courteous, and efficient, but the Chevrolet Bolt I had reserved was disappointingly unavailable. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the clerk who attended me, though he patiently explained that Hertz and Uber are both two big companies. Due to the magnitude of both operations, there are no updates on Uber's part of the availability of all the cars on the Hertz lots. Thus, I had received a reservation confirmation for the Chevy Bolt, even though there was no Chevy Bolt on the lot. They offered me a Toyota Corolla instead, which I accepted, but I will try another rental place next time and call ahead in the hope that I will finally rent an electric car."
"I visited to rent a car for a family member intending to try Uber. Despite explicitly declining additional warranties multiple times, Michael deliberately added them to the contract. This disregard for customer preferences, especially during the contract signing process, is unprofessional. I would advise caution when renting from this location, particularly when dealing with Michael."
