"Gave me a hard time twice in 2 weeks.. I've been going here for about 5 years since I moved to Dracut.. last week I tried to get a cold drink they told me none of the refrigerators were working.. should be my choice whether or not I want it cold or warm.. I had the damn thing in my hand I was going to pay for it anyway.. honest God I had the feeling he didn't want me grabbing anything.. the next week I come in there with $15 and about $3 worth of quarters I was trying to get rid of because I didn't need them for tolls I just got back from a road trip and I was using the quarters for tolls.. you would have thought I was trying to pay him in All pennies.. it was $3 worth of quarters along with a 10 and a five.. he said we don't take change anymore.. I told him every time I come here you guys got a problem I'm sick of your crap.. I'm not trying to pay you in pennies.. it's $3 worth of quarters.. you trying to tell me 12 quarters are a problem ? I couldn't get out of there fast enough.. smug jerk.. it was the older guy.. the younger ones in there always nice.. it isn't like they have a full service pump.. so I don't get what the attitudes about..good prices aren't everything.. why don't they try being nicer to your customers ?"

"The level of professionalism is less than one star. Around my card outside put in the correct pin number and it did not fill my car. I then use a different card use my PIN number was accepted and did not fill my car. Both processes were denied after accepting the pin number which is uncomfortable as it is to give. I then went inside and did it again and he said do it as credit instead of putting in my PIN number but it holds at least $100 to $125 if you use credit function. Unacceptable and instead of the Clark coming out and doing it himself which is his job, he tells me to cancel out my transaction outside which was locked in gridlock and did not reset. And he still didn't come out of the store and I went to three different locations as well in the same gas station to hopefully get a working one and none of it worked. I don't care whether or not you get this fixed you're getting one star minus one star"

"Indian lady was so rude after only spending 5 minutes deciding which products to buy, she ANGRILY said uncalled for things. Didn't want to buy anything after that so I just left. She needs to be fired"
