"The place was very very busy but the staff were really nice and friendly! The store manager went above a beyond to help me get into a rental! They even picked me up an brought me back to the store my car was in the shop already! They had my rental ready for me when I arrived! Thank you for all your help it is well appreciated!"

"Enterprise was told in no uncertain terms my insurance was paying for an economy sized vehicle. When I get there they give me 2 car options, both not economy but they didnt make that clear. Fast forward a couple weeks and now I owe a bunch of "copay" money. Looking over other reviews, apparently this is not the first time they have done this. Its shady, manipulative and tantamount to fraud. Then there is the fact that I wonder if the vehicle was even cleaned before I got it. Noticed what the pictures show when I got home. Edit: im going to bump this up slightly because in the end, they made it somewhat right. The additional copay I wasnt expecting is being covered by my insurance so it is what it is. The core problem here is their "economy" car is tiny as hell and no one would realistically consider a car the size of a civic as a full sized or premium car. A lack of communication at each step."

"Got a rental car after my accident. Was given a vehicle with no oil in it and a slow leak in then tire that I had to fill daily. The no oil notification popped up on the dashboard after weeks of me already driving it, clearly being dismissed by the last driver or mechanic. A manager agreed to drive to my location to exchange out the vehicle with a different rental. They didn’t even show up or call. I ended up calling the location and the man on the phone said no one had even left yet. I was FURIOUS because I had planned my entire day around that appointment time. I ended up driving it back myself with 1% oil in it back to the collision center praying it wouldn’t seize on the journey. After I dropped it off, no one even apologized or reached out. Glad the insurance paid for it because I would NEVER give my business to a company as unprofessional as this."
