This was pivotal, especially because my dealership (where I bought 5 prior cars from) lied to my face when I was with John and told me I could not off load my lease to Carmax and had to give it back to Toyota. John informed me this was a total bald faced lie. Toyota was offering me nothing for my return leased Toyota Rav 4 with low mileage and Carmax offered me enough to get a check back for over 3K. John also accompanied me to all appointments including driving to a dealership in Woburn where he successfully supported me when we were confronted by an obnoxious bully finance person who did not want to take my certified check. John handled the situation so well we even got an additional free year of maintenance out of it at the end. Plus he is super fun, smart and has a great deal of life experience which he is willing to share with you. Amazing top notch experience and will never work on a car deal again without John.
