"Outstanding Baguettes much like clear flour baker in Brighton and any boulangerie in Europe. Highly recommend them!!"
"We went at 8am as soon as they opened. My kids had their pain au chocolate, chocolate babka. I had to wait about 5 minutes to get the durum wheat bread as soon as it got out of the oven. 100 % recommended trying the durum wheat bread! It’s so crunchy on the outside and moist& chewy in the inside."
"Their bread is simply gorgeous. My son loves the apricot bear claws, but my daughter and I go for the durum levain, which we eat with Breton butter. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and are so knowledgeable. While you're there, pick up a bag of Auntie Dalie's pasta for later."
"Awesome bread, nice people. We love the Durum Levain and Sandwich loaves. Brioche great too! If you call ahead they will put items away for you. You just give your CC info to reserve. Helpful if you can’t get there early since they always sell out! Other cool thing is that they sell the bread at a few other local farms (Clark Farm in Carlisle for example)"
"I have tried many of and love all their freshly-baked bread products. Breads (sourdough, whole wheat, challah and others), baguettes, and bagels. And they sell related products like maple syrup, etc. IMO one secret advantage they have is that they are a sourdough bakery. A co-owner told me during my last visit that not just their sourdough bread, but also their whole wheat, cinnamon swirl, and others are sourdough (no sourdough baguettes yet). FYI, sourdough bread acts as a prebiotic, which means that the fiber in the bread helps feed the “good” bacteria in your intestines. These bacteria are important for maintaining a stable, healthy digestive system. Sourdough is also lower in gluten than other forms of bread."
