"Rude employees, waited in the store as only customers for 10 minutes. No order was taken. Our party spoke up about not being helped, and we were rudely told to have more patience, even though we had been waiting??"
"I always come to this location for a sweet treat but this time there were two young kids working and the one named Steven was rude to his coworker and my self. Leaving his coworker to do my big order so he can socialize with girls that came into the store. The line got longer and while his coworker asked for help he refused and continued socializing. Today was not the best experience."

"I had the pleasure of meeting both owners of the 127 Main Street location - George and John. They couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I ordered a cookie dough polar pizza and John actually helped craft the masterpiece that I brought home to my 5 year old Brooks. It was incredible!! For any of you cookie dough ice cream lovers out there, this is definitely the treat for you. I HIGHLY recommend it and can’t wait to go back and get another one along with some of the flavors. Thank you John and George! P.S. one of the most pristine Dunkin/Baskin stores I’ve Ever been in!"
