"On July 31, 2024 we went to put a deposit on a 2025 Malibu 2lt that was in transit. We met with salesman David Fieldman. His personality and expertise made us feel very comfortable.we knew we came to the dealership.He said the car was expected on 8/12-8/15. He called on 8/12 to tell us the car had arrived. On 8/19 we went to pick up the car. David explained everything about the car . David set up ONSTAR and phone for us. Overall we had a great experience at best Chevrolet thanks to David and the rest of the staff that we met. Besides purchasing the Malibu we will also have all maintenance done at Best Chevrolet. "Updates that were promised were never made. Work that was authorized was not done but was charged on final bill. New tires that were installed were not set to pressure. Vehicle promised at 12:00 not ready until 2:00. Vehicle was there for 2 1/2 days for routine services ( oil change, sticker, e-brake adjustment, two new tires). No specific reason for delays given. New antenna authorized, work not done, charged on final invoice. I have been coming to Best for eight years for service. Poorest performance yet."

"My wife recently brought our Chevy Tahoe to Best for oil change with an appointment. When she got there she told them oil change only. I cannot begin to tell you how many times the representative came to her and asked her to perform additional work, ie: air filters etc. She came out the last time and said there was a nail in the tire and they weren't sure they could fix it. She was surprised because we knew there had been a nail before but we had it fixed. She asked to see nail. The woman came back and said the tire couldn't be fixed but she had no nail. My wife was disgusted because the last two times out it seemed they were trying to get more work out of her. After over three hours she told them to put the spare on she was going somewhere else and she wanted the original tire cause they said it couldn't be driven on. They put the tire on and I can't believe they let one of their vehicles leave the lot like that see picture. My wife then went to a garage where we usually goes and lo and behold the tire was no good but the new hole was no where to be found. The only damage he could find was where they tried working on the original plug. A new tire was bought for 100.00 less Never again to return to best Chevy"

"I was traveling up north for the holiday and was in need of my 60k service and oil change so I brought it in. I figured while it was there I’d try to see if they could detail it as it was long over due for an interior cleaning. Knowing it was last minute and right before the holiday I figured it was a long shot but they were able to get it done. I also was up for an inspection sticker at the end of the month ( I wouldn’t have noticed) they sent over an easy text asking if I’d like to have that done as well which was super convenient. When I picked up my car it was beautifully done but that wasn’t the best part, George found a large amount of cash that I had misplaced underneath my seat and handed it to me. That speaks volumes to the integrity of George and the dealership . I am grateful and found where I will be getting my car detailed from now on! Thank you George!"
