"Go to use self serve. Sure! 1 bay doesn’t take quarters even tho it says it does. It is taped over. Ok try card nope that doesn’t work either!!! Ok other bay. Takes quarters and bills, great. Try card, nope. Do not accept cards! Pre-soak, lol. It is a tiny little trickle! High pressure soap-no soap! High pressure rinse-trickle again. Had to waste time pressing all the buttons to get that on! Tire cleaner didn’t work either! Will never go there again!"

"Got the silver wash - Triple foam polish, clear coat sealer, underbody and rim cleaner - Excellent service and equipment. Car absolutely clean the first time. Will come back to get a monthly package."

"Pros: The place is clean. Staff are friendly. Cons: As a member, I find the scanning of QR codes to activate vacuums and tire inflator a real pain. For the tire inflator, it has never worked in the 2+ months of member. I have to find a (friendly) staff member, who has to go and get quarters, and then I can start. For the vacuums - I park beside one. Scan my code. Won't work. (Server not available) I get back in my car, move to the next vacuum, scan my code. Vacuum turns on for (literally) three seconds and shuts down. I scan my code again and I get a message I have to wait until tomorrow for it to work. Yes - I can hunt down staff people and they will fix the problem. But the membership promises a frictionless experience - just come in and scan and go. They are trying, but it is Not Ready for Prime Time yet."

"I have used Salisbury Car Wash for years. Yesterday, I was really disappointed. I dryed the car only to find that the towels were very dirty. It wasn't the towels (they were clean when I started). Please check out and repair the large brushes that should be cleaning the sides."

"Used the touchless wash for the first time. My Vehicle came out great. Will get a few more washes and then possibly join the subscription plan."
