"My wife and I were in the market for a used Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD! There are quite a few out there for sale, many of which met our criteria and we would have been happy with purchasing. But...we also wanted to feel comfortable with the person or dealer from which we purchased the vehicle. This is where Platinum Auto and especially Larry stood out from the crowd. When we first visited, we loved the truck that was on the lot but still went away, uncertain if it was THE one. When we came back, the item had been replaced, not just repaired and Larry again took time going through the vehicle with us.
