"Moussa sold me a great car for a very fair price. He was excellent to work with through the entire transaction and promptly got back to me every time I reached out to him with questions and information. He made sure the car was ready for me to pick up at the time we agreed. I had to bring the car back for a minor repair. He was quick to repair the issue for me. I would definitely by another car from him. As a side, Moussa received a 1 star review the evening before I brought my car in to be fixed from someone named Jabez Love. Do not take this review seriously as it appears to be a scam. It appears the same story, though worded differently, appeared on another business' review page."

"Seriously dont buy from this guy*** Hey everybody. Scroll down to see all the other reviews on how Moussa Kafal sold them cars that quickly needed thousands of dollars in repairs. He had a Lexus 430 that I was interested in. Read the reviews for his shop, hoped for the best, but wanted to take the car to a mechanic to check it out. He was very sketched out about this. First the cars check engine light came on as I drove to the mechanics. Next he kept calling saying he needed the car back bc he only had a couple license plates for people to test drive. I told him about the check engine light and said he’d prob benefit from knowing what was wrong with the car. He just wanted it back. Anyway cut the look over short but the mechanic had some great pictures to show. Showed us how the underside had been recently painted to hide extensive rust. Described it as “putting lipstick on a pig” got back to the shop and Moussa took the keys and started to walk away then stopped, didnt look me in the eyes but asked how it went. I told him I knew what he was doing to his customers and he just chuckled and said “look around im busy business is good” I responded saying its profitable screwing people over. He didnt care. Do you want to buy a car from this guy? Knowingly taking advantage of people? Reminds me of Danny Devito in Matilda lol also the interior always looks great in his cars as he advertises details in atleast three places at his shop. Worst car salesman ive ever come across."

"To Whom it May Concern, I searched for some time for an FJ Cruiser in my price range that ran well, had a clean frame, and full maintenance history. I found one at Best Auto Mart. The vehicle was clean inside and out and Moussa was great to deal with through the whole process. He addressed everything I asked quickly and professionally, including adding a tow hitch, and ATF drain and fill. I am very happy with my purchase after two weeks of driving it, and with the experience of purchasing it from Best Auto Mart. "I went online to look at vehicles for my daughter. We were looking for a Toyota Sienna Van that was well maintained. I narrowed my search to a handful of vehicles. I called Best Auto Mart and talked to Moussa the owner to verify that the van was there. I went to look at and test drive a 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited van. Moussa had done a 26-point inspection on the van and put the van in excellent condition. He was fair with the price and after my daughter test drove the vehicle, she decided to purchase the van. Moussa was wonderful going to get the van registered and inspected. My daughter picked up the van and the following morning the check engine light came on. I called Moussa and he had me come back. One of the 02 sensors was bad. He replaced the part at no charge. He also gave a limited warranty of 90 days or 3,000 miles on powertrain only with a $100.00 deductible. Moussa was Excellent through the whole process, and I would consider purchasing another vehicle from him in the future. Thank You Moussa for being a man of your word!!"
