I went for routine work on my Jeep and was greeted by their great staff at the service desk, the process was clearly communicated to me including timing and expected cost. Once done, I was briefed on what had been done to my car and that my car was washed and waiting for me at the front, a quick check out and I was on my way. The team here is great!"

"I recently had an issue with a new 2024 wrangler, 9 miles, arriving to me with a tear in the seat. They set up an appointment for me to come and have it fixed. Their repair looks brand new. The day of the appointment started off a bit clunky. My contact was late and the loaner car was not ready. Lewis recognized this and took extra care to make sure the rest of the day was smooth. He was extremely professional and personal at the same time. He called when the repair was complete. I left work late to pick up the car and he stayed past 5 to make sure I got it back the same day. When I arrived, again past 5, he walked me out to the car and made sure I could see the repair was performed. Did not rush me at all. Lewis made this a 5. It would not have been otherwise."

"My experience buying my Jeep Wrangler at Kelly Jeep was amazing. I’m still in shock that I was able to buy my dream Jeep with such ease and in such a quick process. "We leased a 2004 jeep from Kelly this week. The process was easy. We were return a Nissan Rogue that we leased from Kelly Nissan early because our mileage was up. They were able to buy out my lease so I didn’t have to deal with multiple businesses. Which made dealing with the Kelly group a no brainer. I told our sales consultant Christian Caceres what we were looking for and the prices range I needed to be in at. He brought us to the vehicles that were in the price range and with the options we were looking for and didn’t try to waste our time by up selling us into things that would have broken my bank. I really appreciate not having my time wasted. Which has happen in other dealerships to me in the pass because the sales guy is try to sell me thing I did want or couldn’t afford. My experiences with the Kelly Group has be no games. They listen to what you’re looking for and do they best to make you experience a great one. I would have no problem using them in the future or recommending them"

"Updates - Big thanks to the Service Advisor Moses at Kelly Jeep, he helped me initiate the car radio repair process with respect and completed the repair within 2 weeks. I’m glad that Kelly Jeep has great people like Moses, so that I’m willing to bring my car back to Kelly again :) While I've had good experiences at Kelly Jeep in the past, my recent situation has been quite disappointing. I've been dealing with a radio screen delamination issue since June 2023, and despite FCA approving the repair expenses, collaboration from Kelly has been lacking and upsetting. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Service Manager Adam/Joe, promised callbacks never happened, not even once. The dealership claimed they ordered the radio, but after waiting almost a month, I found out they hadn’t ordered the part at all. Fast forward to almost 2024, and my case remains unresolved with no progress. Extremely Frustrated, I'm done doing business with this dealership. Use this review as a warning if you're considering service/repairs with Kelly Jeep"
