"Very confusing why people gave it a high four stars no idea. I didn't like not seeing the white blazes they need to be bigger and more visible. I mean you can see a small speck of it, their is a white arrow as well to point the way. I went all the way to the power lines and crossed over you can then go around the swamp and water area but once you get to that hemlock trail and go up it their is a sign saying private property no tresspassing. was not going their. I saw a blue triangle no idea what that was. also if you go back their is a white arrow pointing to the swamp maybe a trail around but its all washed out if so. I played it safe and just went back to car same way. should be mapped better. their are maps in the box though"
"It was a beautiful spot, but the trails are in a pretty bad state of disrepair. Hope you have a good sense of direction! Gps mapping helps a lot."
"Fantastic place to go hiking, however if you want to do the loop it's quite tricky towards the end. The trail markers are no where to be found."
"Its a deep woods trail that isnt maintained or marked liked you'd think. We went straight into the woods behind the parking spot. When we emerged some time later at the power lines, we had no idea where to head next. We just turned back. We were very disappointed we never found the bever dam."
