"I recently rented a vehicle from the Brockton location and the service all around was great Dara checked me in and it was a quick and easy process. I had a few concerns the next day and I called and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Returning the car with Kenya was very easy and fast especially since there were about 3 people in front of me, it was about a 4 min wait which was very fast. Over all it was a great experience and can’t wait to rent again with the Brockton location. If I could give more then 5 stars I would"

"Had trouble with the rental car. It had either a broken ball joint or a defective brake caliper. Colin the location manager swapped out the rental and I was back on the road in minutes. Kinya, Mighty, and Colin never fail to deliver superior service and performance. Professionalism is their watchword."

"Worse enterprise ever. Dirty car, food crumbs and hair embedded in the emergency break. Food crumbs and finger prints all ever the console. Spills up and down the driver door, something sticky in the radio panel. Customer service was horrible. Ariana the Manager was useless and wouldn’t answer her phone after telling me should would get back to with a change in cars in an hour. Thank god for the North Attleboro branch who’s customer service was impeccable. This Brockton branch didn’t believe that the car was dirty and wouldn’t give me an email to send the pictures I had. Will never use this company again. So much for COVID protocol."
