"Aug 31 I had a zipcar right and I was on my way to return it but obviously life is full of things we can’t control so I called ahead and tried to let them know I was running late and that if they can help add more time so I wouldn’t be charged. The guy Norman said okay he stated that he added more time but never did I end up getting charged 57$ and left stranded them the lady hangs up on me I waited 3 hours on the phone this by far has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever dealt with"
