"We had a great experience with Elliot Williams. We showed up at the dealership late on a Friday and could tell some of the guys did not want to deal with us but Elliot stepped up as soon as he saw us and was very welcoming and friendly. He assessed what we were looking for and searched the inventory to show us all options. We scheduled time to come back on Sunday and he road with us on test drives, explained every detail of the trucks to us, answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. I felt like he had our best interest in mind and will highly recommend him to our friends and family. "Back in December 2022 I went there to look at a truck. Ended up working with salesman Gabe thought he was very rude and just not a good salesman very pushy needed a little more on my trade in another $1,000 is what I wanted and he told me I need to be realistic and realize this is real money and not Monopoly money. Couldn’t believe someone would say that. Then I did end up making a deal then I find out they don’t have the title for the truck and they are waiting on it that should’ve been told to me first thing. I liked the truck a couple things had to be touched up bumper and side of the bed. Took 3 weeks to do no biggie bumper came out great bed looked worse than before the dealership should’ve gotten their money back from whatever shop did the work it was that bad. Gabe wanted me to sign paperwork on the truck before I could see that it was fixed properly I did put a deposit down and that’s all I was going to do till title and truck was done. He was rude on the phone when he wanted me to come in and do paperwork on a truck that wasn’t done. Told me I was preventing them from selling the truck which isn’t true they were because they were getting the work done to it plus no title for the truck still. Went down and talked to Chris and general manager Mike who both where good to work with gave them a second chance which I should have never did in the first place and after a bit got tired of playing games and dealing with a rude salesman Gabe so I got my deposit back and went elsewhere. They did play games with giving me the deposit back as they were holding up the deal not me. Overall left a wicked sour taste in my mouth and I would never come back especially the you need to realize this is real money not Monopoly money. Plus the music was so loud in there you would think they are running a night club not a dealership."
"TERRIBLE communication, dishonest and overworked garage. When I called back to have my GMC Acadia repaired after issues with the spark plugs, faulty temperature gauge and squeaky brakes over $1300 in repairs 5 MONTHS after buying it, I was met with unanswered phone calls and rude service agents. The service manager Ed Wallace told me he would help me out and give me a deal on repairs, only to cost me more money and valuable time. I rented a car for a Week waiting for my car to be fixed to NOT EVEN HAVE IT LOOKED AT. When I asked about my car that week, they did not notify me for days and then said “we do not have any updates for you”. I kept reaching the voicemail boxes and then called on restricted and got an actual person who was no help and was told “you will get a call back”. The service rep literally said he has 15+ cars that have been waiting a while that have not been serviced.. GIANT red flag. My GMC’s initial inspection was most likely poor quality due to the lack of service staff or because their cars keep coming back with problems so the garage is full. Unless you want to be yelled at by the aggressive service manager Mike Tarasusik, I would highly recommend not buying from this company. At the least, they could have referred me to another garage or have been honest with me that they could not fix it in a timely manner. They do not provide a registration sticker when purchased and now I understand why, they do not have the staff or capacity to review each car appropriately. It just goes to show that you can have patient, kind sales staff like Elliot Williams but all of that does not matter if they are selling you a car that needs repairs/isn't inspected diligently and offer NO QUALITY SUPPORT to repair it. Looking at other reviews, this is not isolated but a recurring issue. If you want a car dealership that actually has appropriate customer service, follows up, and sells you a reliable vehicle, go somewhere else."
