He said yes in front of his employee and 3 people who went with me but he made me sign a non-guarantee document and here is the scam when he signs that is the first thing he showed me the next day, this Bwengye Ronald is a scammer, be careful he is never at the dealer he has an employee The poor doesn't even know what she's doing, everything was with him on the phone, the business is always empty and it's for this reason.... Anyways I bought a 2012 ford edge from here back in February and it has giving me problems ever since the day I bought it even after putting thousands of dollars into “fixing” I’m surprised it has lasted me this long. I am buying a new car soon but this place SUCKS. I spent thousands of dollars on a car that didn’t last. Not to mention I drove from Boston to New Hampshire only to find out the car had way more mileage than listed. The battery was not working, he took a battery from another car to put into the car. The radio kept shutting off on me. The tire had a flat, he put air and it went right back out on the highway. The engine light came on. So many damn issues. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy from them, I beg of you."

"What a terrible business that does so many people wrong with their personal inventory of “quality” cars. This place is a scam and got thousands of dollars out of me and others. I bought a car here and the engine blew out in 6 months. They sell lemons with so many issues it’s un real. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a long term vehicle."

"This place is absolutely horrible! I bought a car from Facebook marketplace that was from their dealership and LESS THAN 1 MONTH the transmission blew. The car was Undrivable. I had to spend thousands of dollars to get it fixed. I have reached out numerous times asking for financial compensation and they have refused. They said “it’s not their problem” and they also lied right to my face saying “if the car had a bad transmission then the car wouldn’t have passed the Massachusetts state inspection” which is absolute bullcrap. They don’t check the transmission in the state inspection. I am currently in the process of taking legal action in small claims court. Needless to say ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!"
