"My experience at North Reading Subaru was exactly what I needed. I had just come from another dealer where we had a pretty awful experience and ended up walking away just before buying the car. I had come in knowing exactly what I wanted but the exact vehicle wasn't in stock. The team located a vehicle for me which was set to come in the following week but I was under a moderate time crunch and they were able to find a car in a slightly higher trim than I wanted and were able to drop the price to something I was more comfortable with. I put a deposit down on Friday and picked the car up the following Tuesday (after a long weekend). When I went to pick up the car there was a problem with my insurance and they were extremely patient and worked with my insurance agent directly to get the problem resolved and even convinced the auto shop to stay open later to get my inspection done in time so I could go home with my car that day. Through every step of the way Arthur and the team gave me their full undivided attention while also giving me space to think without being too pushy. 10/10 would recommend."

So I set up an appointment and went down to see Julie Andrews. She was very knowledgeable and just an overall great person. I dealt with her and Angelo from the finance department. All the staff is very friendly - which is huge - both in the showroom and on the service team. "My wife and I recently purchased our first car and we had a great experience! We read the reviews and decided to make an appointment at Subaru North Reading. The inventory of used cars is the best in the area, and we were able to find a car (2016 Crosstrek) with everything we wanted! Maria (our saleswoman) was incredibly patient with us throughout the day - since it was our first time buying a car, we had many questions, all of which were answered kindly. We never felt like we needed to buy a car that day or were pressured in any way, yet we also felt that Maria was entirely dedicated to us and finding us a car that suited our budget and wishlist. She did a fantastic job, and has reached out since our purchase just to check in on us!! When it was time to talk about finances, Steve was excellent. He has a remarkable ability to communicate every detail of the finance package clearly, and was fully engaged in explaining each option with us while also not pressuring us to spend more. Additionally, the interest rate he was able to get us was unbeatable, especially considering my wife and I are both graduate students who have good credit yet thousands in loans. Even so, we were able to get 3.84% which was remarkable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car, and we will be taking our car there for servicing throughout because of the 5-star service we received from Maria, Steve, and the staff we met there!"
