"Very bad experience Seriously be careful with these guys! ! They can easily scam you and make you or your insurance cover damages that aren’t your fault and you didn’t cause just because you had the car. Always take photos and videos when you pick up the car, even if it looks brand new or perfect . Check for any damages immediately and keep proofs . And don’t forget to document everything when you return the car , because they might try to pull something on you or they’ll try to blame you for anything that goes wrong Trust me, you don’t want to regret it I learned the hard way"

"Tiffany was AMAZING!!!!! She got me an account with Emerald Club so that I could have the car over Memorial Day weekend and she talked me through the setup so that it was done right and I had the car. She was gracious and so helpful. I had tried to get a car though Hertz before that and was treated so horribly that I almost cancelled the trip. I was directed to Enterprise and I will never use anyone else."
