"Not a fan. Booked a road service first thing Monday morning with them. Service Manager “Eddie” said they would go out in an hour to avoid downtown Boston traffic. Two hours later, no show, no call. I called, and Eddie advised they would be another two hours. Again, no show, no call. At 1:00 PM, I called, and Eddie advised they would not be coming out. Thanks for wasting a day. If they are this dishonest about a road call, I’d hate to see what it would be like if one of my trucks was captive in their shop. My opinion is to avoid this place."
