"I went in to the dealership in response to the maintenance symbol lighting up, indicating that I was due for an oil change. They were able to take my car right away. Soon thereafter I was notified that technicians recommended a few other maintenance items, which I authorized and which were promptly done. The visit was more expensive than I had hoped, which isn’t surprising given the age of the vehicle, but everything was well taken care of. I appreciate the level of service. Returned to take care of some recommended work on my brakes and to get the state inspection done. Great service as usual — friendly and helpful service advisor gave me an accurate estimate and kept me informed of the progress."

"Terrible!!!I picked up a new car on Aug 1st and I am already getting tires/calibration issues less than 24hrs later. It’s unreal because I added air and I am still having the same issue. I called the dealership and haven’t gotten a callback. I should have followed my instincts and gone somewhere else the moment the finance manager called me and my husband weird, became completely rude to us for declining the extended warranty coverage. Avoid this dealership"

Katherine came in on her day off to help figure out the registration process which I appreciate.
