"Terrible Experience - Avoid the Service Department at All Costs! I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed I am with the service department at Nucar Chevy in Norwood, MA. If you’re thinking about bringing your vehicle here for any service, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The incompetence and sheer disregard for customers’ time and needs are beyond belief. I brought my newly purchased Nucar vehicle in for what should have been a simple Massachusetts state inspection sticker. This process typically takes no more than 30 minutes to an hour at most other places, but at Nucar Chevy, be prepared to have your entire day wasted. Not only did they take an absurd amount of time to complete the inspection, but the staff was completely unapologetic about it. To add insult to injury, the lack of communication is appalling. I was left waiting for hours with no updates on the status of my vehicle. When I finally inquired, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. This experience was a prime example of how little they value their customers. If they can’t handle something as basic as a state inspection sticker, I dread to think how they manage more complex services. I will never be returning to this place, and I strongly urge others to avoid this service department at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go to a place that actually respects your time and business! Do better Nucar, I am appalled."

"To whom this may concern: I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago and drove it 4k miles and suddenly approximately $1.6k in wear and tear items show up. My complaint is not with the service department, it is with the used car sales end of the business. I'm particularly perturbed about the suspension issue as I have done nothing in the car that such damage could've occurred. I will never buy a car from you people again and certainly never trust you with my repairs. I thought by purchasing from a dealer, the Vehicle would be fully checked out and any issues would be addressed. You have proven me wrong. I will make known my issues on the Internet, so others will be aware of my experience. I understand that I was outside of the 90 days so you were legally covered, but people should be aware of how you guys do business. Very disappointed but I won't make the same mistake twice.
