"I never write reviews but here we go, I am Completely disappointed with this dealership which started all from the get go. In May 2024 I worked out a deal for a 24 Laramie. Zenia was good and gave me a MRSP lease deal over the phone which was accommodating. We made arraignments for me to come in and see the vehicle. I arrive to the dealership and meet Elton who was covering for Zenia. Elton was nice but didn’t seem to know much about the vehicle luckily I had a similar ram before. Seeing the vehicle it looked like it just went through a construction site as it was full of dirt on the inside and wasn’t anywhere close to being clean as the GM of the dealership was using the vehicle and put 1k miles on the truck. Which my first impression was maybe clean the truck knowing someone is going to buy it. I also noticed the GM had damaged the driver side front rim and causing curb rash. After the test drive, We sit down and Elton immediately ask for my 5k deposit without discussing any of the numbers for me. I had to ask what the purchase price of the vehicle was because their listed online price was 5k lower than what the MRSP price was, which is what I was quoted on for the monthly payments. They denied and said the price wasn’t based off MRSP (Even though I had in text message from Zenia the sales associate saying my monthly payment was off the MRSP price) regardless it was still lower than other dealerships so I moved forward with the purchase as long as they replaced the rim. When I was with the finance manager he told me they will just be repairing the rim and I won’t even know there was some curb rash. I agree and leave the dealership that day and about 3-4 days later the Elton delivers the vehicle to me, after I had to complain about not wanting to drive an hour back to their dealership. Which ultimately Elton agreed to do and I was grateful. Upon arrival He tells me that the rim was just repaired and painted and to give it a week before I clean it and that it might look different for now until it cures. So the truck sat in my garage for about 5/6 days before I drove the vehicle for the first time. A week or so went by and I noticed that same rim the paint was coming off and the quality of work was awful as there was run marks from the paint and you could still see where the curb rash was. I complained, sent photos and Elton promised me he would make it right and replace the rim. So I take a day out of work and go up with my toddler son to the dealership for them to swap it out. It took 1.5hrs for them to replace a rim and tire which is fine I get there busy. While I was waiting Elton asked why I didn’t complete the survey that was sent to me as if effects his pay. He stood over me as I answered the questions and even at one point offered to answer everything for me because if he doesn’t get all 10’s it effects his pay. Which I thought was weird and felt obligated to answer these questions with him standing right over me, and at that point I thought I was getting a new rim. They replace it with what he told me was a new rim and I drive away and head home (shame on me for not thoroughly inspecting the rim.) but again had my toddler son and he was at his whits ends waiting in a dealership for 1.5hrs. A few days later I’m cleaning my vehicle before driving it for the first time since the repair day, and I realize the paint is flaking off in 3 spots and in a 4th spot paint was peeling off an area where there was curb rash and looked previously repaired. I called Elton and sent photos advising this rim was not new and was clearly a refurbished, damaged on install or was a previously repaired tire. Elton response was this was a new tire and then stopped responding to me. Overall this dealership has been nothing but shady, lacks transparency and is nothing like the team at the other Central Ram location who I purchased my previous vehicle from. For someone who buys vehicles every 2-3 years this will most certainly be my last time here. Now I’m stuck having to repair the rim or replace it completely out of my own pocket."
