"I was in the market for a used EV, mainly to take advantage of the tax incentives, so I had very specific criteria in terms of vehicle and price. I REALLY appreciated that Nucar had such a large inventory that they had on the lot not one, but several of each model that I was considering, all in my price range, which saved me the hassle of driving to multiple dealerships. Salesperson Wilden/Will was great. Friendly, very responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. He knew a lot about all of the vehicles, was able to answer all my questions, and even steered me towards the lower-priced vehicle based on his own opinion and experience. He handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and I was able to drive off the lot the same day. "My husband and I were “just looking”. We agreed not to purchase anything as we wanted to see, feel and touch the cars we were interested in before being approached by pushy sales people! We saw several cars that interested us and went inside to ask our questions when we met Cedric. I do not trust car salesmen and told him I would be his worst nightmare. He smiled and accepted my challenge. To my pleasant surprise he answered every question we had and offered his honest opinion with the little information I provided him (budget, trade in, finance/lease option, car options etc). As we walked the lot i realized he was only trying to help me and without giving more information he couldn’t do his job and I was wasting time. Once Cedric understood what I was looking for he immediately knew what to show us and he was spot on!!!! He nailed it! We discussed pricing, negotiated trade in and the end result was more than fair and satisfactory! What I imagined would be a nightmare ended up being a dream working with Cedric! "I gave it multiple tries, but there's no other way to rate them differently. I got a new Kona in mid-2021, and even though as I payed in full, they were unable to do the title and registration which I paid for, and after almost of one month of discussions, they sent me all the paperwork and I had to go myself into the MTV to resolve it. If that wasn't bad enough, 4 months later there was an issue with the transmission and there was an existing recall or some, but I was never notified, so I only found out when I actually had the issue. My car was towed there for them to replace it, and they just kept telling me that they didn't have a date to complete it. After many calls and emails, only when I started mentioning the lemon law that they opened to lend a car while I waited, and then complete the replacement of the piece, but all that took like 3 weeks. Fast forward to last week when I was having my scheduled maintenance, I mentioned that one of the tires that they charged me to repair on my previous visit was having the same issue again (not holding pressure level), and they'd take a look it. They gave me back the car (3h later, and I had an appointment) with an issue on all the pressure sensors, that I didn't have when I gave the the car. Now, only not I have my issue resolved, but got a new one. I told them about it, and they said it'd go away after I drives a bit, was just the system adjusting... Of course it was not the case, and I came back to which they took a further look, but said that they don't know what it is, but it was already too late and I'd have to come back another day (it was 4pm). I get a call to ask if it was solved, I said No, they try to connect me with someone which doesn't work, then they say they will call back, then they don't. I tried calling, no response, so I showed up and they said they cannot do it. That I should arrange a new appointment for a workday, because they don't have any availability for Saturdays or Friday afternoons, and that maybe I should get it somewhere else because it's on warranty."
