"Called them 1 week in advance to find out if they had Mini cargo vans as Manchester, NH Enterprise location did not have any. The person on the phone, Chris, said that 1 week is plenty of notice and the would have one for me. Made a reservation on line. Called 1 day prior to verify, Chris confirmed that there was a Mini cargo van waiting for me to pick up. Came to pick up my van next day, met David who said that nobody told him anything about reservation for a Mini van and offered me a full size van instead. Had to take it. The van appeared to be not good for my project, returned it next day. Not only I had to drive 27 miles both ways to pick up and return a vehicle that I did not reserve, I was also charged for 25 extra miles when brought it back. Usually I quite often rent vehicles from Enterprise. Sorry to learn that this particular location is just a rotten apple among good once. Give them 1 star as there is no "0" star option for rating."
"Reserved a truck through the website, pick up was scheduled for 4pm, got a call at 10 am on the day of pick up that it is not available. Previous to reserving the truck we had a car reservation, which I canceled once I got the truck reserved, after being told the truck is jot available I called and ask if they can at least provide a car, they could not. So no car, no truck on the day of the reservation and no effort to figure something out on our behalf. 0 out of 5 experience."
