"Absolutely amazing experience!! I needed a complete key fob replacement for my 2019 push start Toyota. The keys were lost. This is a very expensive process.. I was extremely stressed. Aurelio in the service department was very honest and explained the process. The actual cost was much less than what was quoted, they really do work to get the best price for their customers. Also.. full synthetic oil change is about $75 at this location. I will be coming here for all my services for my car moving forward."

"I went to Autofair Toyota of Tewksbury for 100,000 mile maintenance on my 2012 Camry prior to taking it on a roadtrip. I took it in and asked them to do a full inspection, check the tires and the AC. I told them I was using the car for a roadtrip and wanted to be safe. I got the car back they said it was good to go and perfectly fine for a roadtrip (only needed an alignment), and that I might need news tires before the winter. Near the end of the roadtrip I had a stop with some family in PA, one of whom is a mechanic. I had assumed by the end of the roadtrip I might need new brakes, so I asked him to take a look/potentially install new brake pads. When he looked under my car he was in disbelief. He said there was no way that any mechanic at Toyota (2 weeks prior) could have even looked at the underside of my car and let me leave the shop. My brake pads were completely gone, and my rotors/struts rusted over, no good. He brought me into the shop to look at the underside of the car and individual parts of the car myself. He had to replace them ALL and said that driving my car in those conditions and remaining safe was a miracle. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Toyota of Tewksbury and will not be returning. Attached are photos of the parts of my car that were removed/replaced and their condition as well as the itemized list of parts I had to purchase to replace."
"SALES I purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid from AutoFair in Tewksbury in February. I had been a confirmed Subaru owner, but I love my Rav4 and I am very happy I bought it. I worked with salesperson Carl Caporale, and I cannot say enough good things about what it was like to work with Carl. He was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and a complete pleasure. If you want to shop for a Toyota, I cannot recommend Carl enough! Another salesperson, Chino, was also very helpful. I had some questions when Carl wasn't available and Chino carefully and thoroughly helped me with everything. Thank you, Chino! Rating for Carl and Chino: FIVE STARS! Business Practices of this Dealership I ordered my car in January, and signed a detailed contract which set forth the purchase price of the car, the Protection Package, my trade-in allowance, a document fee, taxes and non-tax fees. The contract was stamped "FINAL" and clearly showed exactly how much I would owe when the car came in. When I came in to pick the car up in February, I was told that the dealership was changing my contract. A manager explained that their computer had made a mistake calculating taxes, and they were changing my contract to show an increase of about $600. Although this wasn't a great deal of money, and I assume a mistake had in fact been made, I felt based on principle, the dealership should honor the contract they had written. For me, it was the principle of the thing. Obviously, if roles were reversed, there was no way the dealership would have allowed ME to change the contract. I explained to the manager that I was ready and willing to purchase the car (I was paying cash) and I expected the dealership to honor the contract. I said if they didn't feel they could honor my contract, I would leave and go to another dealership. They sent THREE separate managers to talk to me, and each one got more heated. The third manager actually got very close in, raised his voice and banged his fist on the table. I remained calm and polite, but resolute. Finally, the managers allowed the transaction to continue, and they did honor my contract. This incident was really unfortunate, as my entire experience up until that point had been terrific. However, this incident left me questioning the business practices of this dealership. I had a signed contract. It was even stamped "FINAL". Even when honest errors are made (which I do think happened here), decent businesses understand they have to honor the contract. Very basic stuff here, guys. Rating for the Business Practices of this Dealership: ONE STAR Servicing In April, I made an appointment and came in, for my first free service at 5,000 miles. I had an appointment on a Friday at 11:00 am. There seemed to be no priority made AT ALL for people who had appointments. There was a long line and it seemed like cars were taken on a first come first serve basis, without regard to appointments. In the line I waited in, I heard several say they were walk-ins. I didn't get out of there until 2:00 pm. THREE HOURS for a quick inspection of fluids, floor mats, wiper blades and a tire rotation?? I was not impressed. Prior reviews really have me concerned about the Service Department. C'mon guys, this really needs to be improved! Appointment times should be honored and prioritized. Rating for Service Department: THREE STARS Overall, because of the honest, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, I'm giving a 4 star rating."
"Horrible service department! I would steer clear away ! Brought my $49,000 2022 Tacoma there for its 2nd oil change of its life. Made the appointment two weeks prior for a Saturday and I arrived on time. Took them 3.5 hours as they told me there were extremely busy, mind you I had an appointment. The service advisor came to get me in the lounge area to notify me that my car was ready. I was getting my free 2yrs 24,000 miles service that was included with my truck purchase. I get my keys go out to the truck in the lot open my door and there is a huge pile of leaves and debris spread across my dashboard including all the items from my glovebox dumped on the passenger floor. Paying this much money for a truck to have a service department treat it like that is absurd. I went back in and made the service manger come out with me to see it , he mentioned they changed the cabin air filter and must have left that and he apologized and brought it back in to get it cleaned and vacuumed. Fast forward 3 weeks later I opened my hood to top off the washer fluid to find my dipstick hanging completely out of the tube , this could have fell out and landed in the pulley or the drive belt causing massive damage. Here we are three months later down the road and I am due for an oil change . Reluctant to go back there after my findings I decide to see how involved the oil change is to find they removed my skid plate to access the oil filter and instead of installing the 4 bolts that came out of there that hold it on , they used a 4th bolt that was very old and rusty and didn’t match the condition of the others. The truck is a 2022 and there is no rust on it but their bolt was rotten and it snapped when I tried to remove it. They have unskilled sloppy people working in their service department who should have no business touching a car. They use impact guns and over torque the hell out of every thing… I could not even remove my oil filter as they over torqued it too much ... look at the photos the bolts are not even the same condition as the one that snapped they used an old bolt with my 2022 bolts....stay far away from this place they will screw up your vehicle and try to charge you for it ! Never again !!!"
