"I have been going to GMC Greater lowell since i bought my car in 2015 from them last year 2023. I took my car in for an oil change. The oil change got longer and longer each first was about an hour to the last few visits now was all day, at the end of the day they called and said your brakes are so bad they hit the floor. I said i see rebates can i do those. Sure no problem but we need to keep overnight. Ok fine. same day they call me and tell me they back my car into another customers truck and my tailgate was damaged. they did fix it however that took a couple weeks. After this i tried to claim the rebates on 4/14 and on 5/10 after it was expired rebates ended 4/30/24 they rejected them saying not listed on invoice i provide the whole invoice parts numbers and all. so no rebates crashed car and all day oil change. Bad enough right, well a few month later my brakes started sqeuaking i have about 3000 now and they sound horrible. So i got about 8 years 60000 on my first brakes and second about 3 months. I am not going back and i no longer trust rebates. Not happy with their service. I would not recommend service here."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would horrible experience go in for a oil change and rotate had to wait 90 minutes before my truck was even pulled in for an appointment I made way before hand and was on time for. After over 2 hours of a wait I get my truck back and they didn’t even rotate my tires.. and now I come to find out that my oil filter has been leaking this whole time and my truck was over a qt low from the leak. Do not go here they will ruin ur new vehicle. There are plenty of other GM dealers in the area that actually perform 5 star work"
