"If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! We recently purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia from ONWHEELS Pelham and while we were moving through the purchase, they were our best friends. That all changed post purchase! The vehicle developed a leak in the power steering system and while they "honored" the warranty, they charged us for nothing more than Silicone Caulking placed around the leak point. They had the vehicle for 3 weeks and told us they we waiting for parts. After receiving the vehicle back, it continued to leak, we brought it tour own mechanic who diagnosed the problem and gave us the bad news; Caulking had been used as a temporary repair and it failed miserably. It cost us $1600.00 to replace what should have been replaced by the dealer, instead, a shortcut was used that cost us so much more than I thought! I attempted on many occasions to contact the dealer, I left no less than 6 messages and to date, my phone calls have gone unanswered! STAY AWAY!!!!! I can't say it strong enough, once they have your money....you mean nothing to this dealership!!!! "Buyer Beware" (I gave 1 star as I could NOT post this without a star rating)"
