"This place is a joke .order online and still wait 45 mins to get your order because when you get there 15 mins they are still not ready.. ask you to come back 5 or 19 mins wait another 10 mins and when they give you your food it's incorrect... My kids prefer Popeyes to other fast food restaurants in the area .it's unfortunately the only one in the city . I guess I'll have to go into fall river cause this place is awful"

"As expected. We don't usually eat fast food. I'd say they were on their A game. The lady working the drive thru was super helpful and cheery. So refreshing. The food was as good as fast food could be."

"Avoid this place at all costs. On June 26th, I was charged twice for my order. When I informed the manager, she directed me to contact support. After extensive back-and-forth with both my card company and Popeyes customer service, it seems I'm not getting my $30 back. The lack of a receipt confirming the cancellation raises suspicion about the employees at this location. Due to their app glitch and being charged twice but receiving only one order, I will never return and am filing a complaint with the BBB."

"I wish I could give this branch 0 stars. It used to be better but has really gone downhill. We have been going to the NB store every week for 3 years and would order the same thing, 8 pieces of chicken thighs (4spicy/4regular). Never had a problem. Recently, we have been told sorry, we don't do that, we're too busy, we don't have enough cooks, etc etc... even though this has never been an issue before. The staff act as if I was wasting their time, were rude, and miserable . Additionally, the store is not as clean or upkept. The door to walk in looks as if it's never been washed, and the store feels dirty. We will no longer be going to this store and have brought our business to Fall River where we are served with a smile, the store is clean, and staff friendly."
