"Absolutely the worst service! We drove to beautiful Jamestown for a relaxing dinner outside on a gorgeous summer night. We chose this restaurant because it had reservations available on open table. Now I know why they had available seats on a Saturday night! We arrived and were seated on the deck, which was very nice. That was the only thing that was nice though. We sat there for at least a half hour before someone actually greeted us with waters. So, we decided to order then because who knows when someone would come back and take our order. We ordered a couple of drinks and another 25 minutes goes by and nothing! At that this point our night was ruined so we got up and left and none of the staff seemed to cared. So, I can’t speak for the food but the service was horrendous and to me that is why I go out for dinner is to relax.And having good service is everything. Would not recommend at all!"

"We really enjoyed our first dinner at 1 Ferry Wharf. The views are great and the food was fantastic. We had the fish and chips, salmon, and chicken. Delicious. Everyone, including the kids, were happy. Emily was our server. She was kind and attentive. Great place. Highly recommend."

"Went for lunch early in the season, and it was delicious. Chloe was our server and was as pleasant as could be. We had a so much fun talking to her. We liked it so much we booked our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner there. Michelle was great to work with, and the rehearsal dinner was amazing. We had Chloe, and Emily as our servers and could not have had a better experience. We felt like we were treated as family. Highly recommend, staff and food both great!"

"Michelle made the entire experience the absolute best! We shared a lobster roll the first day. It was excellent. The fries were also very tasty. We went back again mostly because of Michelle. We took the ferry out and just had to stop back in on our way back. Highly recommend this place. Service, food, and location can’t be beat!!!"

"My wife and I went recently and I am not one to typically write reviews but I want more people to know about this place to make sure it stays open for a long time. While their menu is small it has enough diversity so anyone can find something that they would enjoy and everything they make they make extremely well. We had the calamari which was cooked perfectly followed by the lobster roll and fried chicken sandwich. Both meals were cooked great and in a timely fashion, they came with French fries that were very crispy and seasoned well. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try."
